01Who we are

Opensy Assessoria e Marketing Ltda. ("Opensy") is a marketing agency based in Palmas, Tocantins, Brazil. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal data we handle when you use this website or contact us, what we use it for and what your rights are under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).

02What data we collect

Data you give us: when you fill in the contact form, we may receive your name, company, WhatsApp number, email, industry, marketing budget range, business needs and the message you write.

Conversation data: when you talk to Opensy on WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn or email, we receive the information you share in those conversations.

Browsing data: the website may record basic technical information, such as browser type, device and pages visited, so it works properly and we can understand how it is used.

03How the form works

When you submit the form, your answers are recorded in a private Opensy spreadsheet on Google, and our team receives an email alert so we can get in touch with you.

For this we use Google services (Sheets, Gmail and Apps Script), which have their own privacy policy.

04What we use your data for

We use your data to: reply to you; understand where your company stands and prepare our first conversation; send proposals and information you asked for; manage the business relationship; and improve the website and our communication.

We do not sell your data or use it for purposes other than those described here.

05Legal basis

We process your data under the legal bases set out in the LGPD, mainly: steps taken at your request before a contract (art. 7, V); Opensy's legitimate interest in replying to you and maintaining the business relationship (art. 7, IX); and, where needed, your consent (art. 7, I).

06Sharing

Your data may be accessed through tools we use every day, such as WhatsApp, email, cloud storage and our sales management system (CRM), always for the purposes in this policy. We may also share data when required by law or by an authority.

07How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain the business relationship, or for the period required by law. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.

08Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. No system is completely risk-free, but we work to reduce those risks.

Under the LGPD, you can at any time: confirm whether we process your data; access, correct or update it; ask for unnecessary data to be anonymized, blocked or deleted; request portability; find out who we share it with; withdraw consent; and object to processing.
