Plonner
A slash in place of a letter. A brand that doesn't ask for permission.

01The challenge
Plonner was born to dress people who make the street their own territory — a streetwear brand for those who express themselves through what they wear and refuse to go unnoticed.
The challenge was to build an identity with attitude without falling into the clichés of the segment: recognizable on a label just a few centimeters wide or printed across the back of a hoodie, and strong enough to carry a full line of garments, accessories, packaging and digital channels.
02The idea behind the brand
The slash is the brand's gesture.
In the logo, the letter L gives way to a slanted orange slash. It's a cut, a stroke, a sign of movement — the same quick mark as a tag on a wall. From that gesture comes the P/ monogram, simple enough to stand on its own on embroidery, labels and accessories.
The slash multiplies into a pattern of diagonal stripes that gives rhythm and speed to every application. Vehicle JNL, a condensed typeface, gives the name a firm vertical presence; Gopher Display balances the supporting text with a cleaner read. The palette is deliberately reduced: black as the base, white as breathing room and orange as the point of tension — the color that interrupts and draws the eye.
